Locations: Open to any location – including Canning Vale, Regency Park, Mackay, Carole Park, Toowoomba, and Malaga.

As a Customer Care Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for some of Blackwoods’ largest and most valued mining customers. You’ll provide tailored quotations, resolve issues with urgency, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

This is more than just a customer service role it’s an opportunity to make a real impact in a high-profile team that supports Australia’s mega mining operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver accurate and timely quotations for our Mega Mining customers
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
  • Proactively identify and recommend product solutions
  • Manage a high volume of requests while maintaining service excellence
  • Uphold Blackwoods’ values: Openness, Integrity, Customer First, Accountability, Boldness
  • Contribute to a safe and collaborative workplace

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industrial MRO or PPE markets (preferred)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Commercial acumen and attention to detail
