One of Australia’s leading independent energy consultancies is building out their Brisbane sales team and we’re on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager ready to take ownership of a brand-new territory.


With over 6,000 clients already supported across the country, this business is expanding rapidly in Queensland to meet increasing demand from commercial and industrial organisations seeking smarter, cost-saving energy solutions. This is a rare opportunity to step into an untapped patch with full backing and a high-performing sales coach who’s passionate about developing talent and driving real results.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Establish and grow a new territory in Brisbane with high demand
  • Identify and approach mid-to-large businesses looking to cut energy costs
  • Educate clients on market options, energy efficiency and tailored strategies
  • Negotiate competitive energy deals with top-tier providers
  • Build long-term relationships and capitalise on re-sign and renewal revenue
  • Leverage market insights to position yourself as a trusted energy advisor


What You Bring:

  • Proven B2B sales experience (energy, telco, or professional services is ideal)
  • Strong outbound sales skills and the ability to build pipeline from scratch
  • A consultative approach and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
  • KPI-driven, coachable and hungry to succeed
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
