Our opportunity

As the Care and Wellbeing Business Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing initiatives that reduce psychological health & safety risk and improve mental health outcomes across Mirvac. Reporting to the Director of People Strategy, Insights, and Employee Experience, this role will deliver a range of care and wellbeing initiatives to create and maintain a psychologically healthy and safe workplace

Your responsibilities will include:
In partnership with HR, HSE, and operational leaders across the Group;

Implement and maintain a group-wide psychological H&S risk framework, developing tools and templates to support business units in meeting regulatory requirements.
Remain informed and compliant of relevant legislative changes and ensure all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities
Develop risk management, controls and tools to enable the business to meet requirements (e.g. hazard prevention plans)
Engage and consult with project, asset and office-based stakeholders in the business to drive improvements in mental health and wellbeing performance and outcomes.
Oversee the design and delivery of education, training, and support programs related to care and wellbeing management, including psychosocial risk.
Engage and manage vendors related to employee care and wellbeing services, ensuring effective promotion, embedment, and reporting of initiatives such as our Employee Assistance Program
Support the mental health and safety incident management process, including engaging vendor support when required.

You will be professionally qualified with a genuine passion for promoting and enhancing care and wellbeing within the workplace coupled with a strong learning orientation and intellectual curiosity. Your high level emotional intelligence and system thinking capability will help you to anticipate issues or opportunities.

You will have demonstrated stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills and the ability to influence at multiple levels of seniority, including the proficiency to interact both within and outside of the HR and HSE functions.
