This business works closely with scaling organisations to unlock sustainable growth through clear strategy, customer insight, and effective execution.

The Role
In this standalone role, you'll own the marketing function—creating compelling content, managing digital channels, and helping shape the brand’s presence and voice. You'll work closely with senior leadership and external partners, ensuring that marketing activity is aligned to business strategy and effectively engages the firm’s community.
This is an initial temporary opportunity with the intention to convert the successful applicant into a permanent role in the business.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and publish content across website, LinkedIn, and email.
- Write thought leadership, client success stories, and promotional material.
- Manage the HubSpot CRM, including segmented campaigns and email workflows.
- Develop marketing campaigns with key referral and channel partners.
- Track performance metrics, report on outcomes, and contribute to marketing strategy.
- 5+ years in an in-house marketing role (ideally within B2B or professional services).
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience managing CRMs—HubSpot preferred.
- A solid understanding of brand management and visual identity.
- Ability to interview clients and translate insights into compelling content.
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
