Brisbane CBD + Hybrid | $76,466 + Super | Full-time | Permanent contract

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers navigating challenging circumstances—providing professional, empathetic support that makes a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to inbound enquiries on policies, premiums, and claims
- Following structured procedures to resolve or escalate queries
- Accurately calculating premiums and processing customer requests
- Logging interactions and maintaining compliant records
- Delivering consistent, compassionate customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in contact centre, customer service, or fast-paced retail environments
- Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills
- A process-focused mindset and ability to work at pace
- Medical reception, banking, or admin backgrounds also highly regarded
