About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Test Analyst to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software applications meet business requirements and function as intended. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify issues, write test cases, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective test strategies and test plans.
  • Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure proper test coverage and issue resolution.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain and update test documentation and regression suites.
  • Provide timely and accurate testing status reports and metrics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.


Selection Criteria

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in test analysis.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in using testing tools that include, but are not limited to, Azure DevOps and its extensions, such as Browser Stack, Test and Feedback.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in performing various testing types, including system and integration testing, compatibility testing, regression testing and ensuring test coverage to user stories/requirements.
  • Must have experience in preparing and maintaining test artefacts related to testing in the tool sets, such as using Azure DevOps.
  • Must have experience in planning, preparation and execution of testing activities, including defect triage and test results reporting.
  • Must have experience in supporting Business for User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing as per project requirements.
  • Must have experience in agile projects and active participation in agile ceremonies.
  • Must have experience in assisting the Business with test case preparation.
