THE TEAM

Join our dynamic APAC team in Sydney, where you'll collaborate closely with our Partnership, Sales and Customer Success teams. As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of accelerating AB Tasty’s expansion across Australia and New Zealand, helping innovative brands optimise their digital experiences. In our small but energetic team, you’ll thrive in a supportive environment with a strong team spirit - think regular breakfasts, team meals, and fun activities organised by our culture crew. Mentored by our VP of APAC, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and shaping the future of experimentation and personalisation in the digital space.

Stack: Salesforce, Gong, AB Tasty, G-Suite

Collaboration tools: Tools: Slack, Jira, Confluence, and more

Travel: occasional regional travel to client sites or marketing events

YOUR MISSION

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting the Australia & NZ market, leveraging AI and GTM support
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Lead initial platform demos and collaborate with our Solution Engineer to address client needs
  • Act as the customer advocate, gathering feedback to drive product and process improvements
  • Manage short sales cycles in parallel with long-term high-potential deals

What You'll Bring

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in driving new business within SaaS B2B or Martech, with strong relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in managing complex sales cycles, from initial outreach to closing
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with the support of an enthusiastic and experienced team
  • Excellent communication skills
