Corporate Finance Analyst - FP&A

We're looking for a tech-savvy, commercially minded professional who values data and financial modelling to join our Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This strategic role is pivotal to our forecasting, planning, and performance analysis efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to support the Senior Leadership Team in achieving our organisational goals.

What you'll be doing…

• Lead the preparation and continuous improvement of monthly performance reporting for TechnologyOne's Senior Leadership Team.
• Take ownership of forecasting and budgeting for corporate costs across the TechnologyOne Group.
• Collaborate with key corporate stakeholders-including Finance, Corporate Services, Legal, and People & Culture-by delivering insightful cost reporting and leading budget and forecast processes.
• Provide strategic decision support throughout the planning cycle for your key stakeholders.

Your Talents…

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Professional certification (CPA, CA, CFA) or currently working towards one.
• 3+ years of experience in a commercial finance or similar analytical role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial insights into clear commentary and visualisations.
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
• A curious, inquisitive nature with a growth mind-set.
