Salary:

  • Graduate OT: $75K-$85K + Super + Salary Packaging

  • Senior OT: $90K-$100K+ Super + Salary Packaging

About the Organisation

About the Role

The team is seeking two Occupational Therapists to deliver a range of services across the community. These include outreach into clients' homes, in-office appointments using modern consulting rooms, and virtual sessions.

The role involves providing functional assessments, developing care plans, and working closely with individuals experiencing long-term health conditions, including mental illness and psychosocial disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-practice, person-centred OT services across home, office, and virtual environments

  • Provide functional assessments, intervention planning, and equipment prescription

  • Contribute to care coordination, advocacy, and cross-sector collaboration

  • Monitor and adjust individualised care plans to enhance health and wellbeing outcomes

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of social workers, nurses, and support coordinators

  • Meet KPIs, with support to manage your own schedule and client base

Essential Skills & Attributes

    • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

    • Strong alignment with the organisation's core values of Accountability, Respect, and Excellence

    • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high professional standards

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and clinical supervision

    • Ability to manage a mobile workload with flexibility and self-scheduling

    • A current Driver's License and reliable vehicle

    • Working With Children Check

    • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Desirable Experience (Training Provided if Needed)

      • Knowledge of the NDIS and community-based healthcare systems

      • Experience delivering services across diverse environments
