Supporting our established on-site teams of skilled tradespeople, our Project Management team sets us apart, with diverse backgrounds, including architecture, construction, and contract administration. Our Project Managers are critical in the successful delivery of each project by ensuring that the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards. They coordinate all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, procurement, stakeholder management, administration, and communicate effectively to keep the project running smoothly.
With a strong pipeline of projects across metropolitan Sydney, we’re seeking a skilled and committed Project Manager to join our team.

About the role _
- Managing the full lifecycle of each project, from tender and planning to completion.
- Ensuring contract terms are fully executed, monitoring project progress against the contract program.
- Identifying critical decisions and project milestones, by providing timely direction to key stakeholders.
- Assisting in the development and ongoing management of the project program.
- Monitoring and controlling the project budget, including cost reporting, forecasting and invoicing.
- Managing the procurement of trades and suppliers throughout the project, utilizing procurement schedules when necessary.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with all project stakeholders, including the site team, client, architect, subconsultant, contractors, and the community.
- Updating and maintaining effective records in the project management system (IPM).
- Providing assistance to the Site Foreman and on-site teams as required.
- Facilitating continuous project risk assessment.
- Providing project reporting as required.
- Construction Management Qualification / Bachelor or Masters of Architecture
- Demonstrated experience in similar role in residential construction
- Experience using project management software and Excel
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- White card
