We’re hiring two experienced Maintenance Planners to support a major industrial site in Muswellbrook, NSW — one focused on outage planning and the other on routine maintenance. These are long-term DIDO roles with a minimum 12-month engagement, ideal for someone based within a reasonable commute of site.
You’ll be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance work in SAP for heavy industrial plant and equipment. A mechanical background is preferred, though strong electrical planners will also be considered.

- Develop and manage SAP-based maintenance schedules
- Plan major outage tasks, labour, and material requirements
- Create job plans and maintain task lists for routine work
- Liaise with supervisors, trades, and project teams to align timelines
- Monitor schedule performance and reschedule work as required
- Contribute to work packs, scopes, and strategy improvements
- Mechanical or electrical maintenance planning background
- Proven experience with SAP PM in an industrial environment
- Strong understanding of outage planning or weekly scheduling
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
- Located within DIDO range of Muswellbrook
- Must have the right to work in Australia
