About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support the delivery of safety and environmental programs within our Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability (HSES) team. This is a hands-on role that supports the coordination of training, record-keeping, reporting and compliance activities across multiple projects and business units.

You’ll work closely with our General Manager, HSES Advisors and Managers to manage documentation, incident reports, training compliance and registers – and help us deliver meaningful outcomes that support our people and the planet.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience in an administration role, ideally within construction, infrastructure or HSES
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-first attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and digital systems
• An interest in safety, sustainability or compliance is an advantage
