The Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Melbourne Airport. If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.
- A passion for all things LEGO is a must as you will be the driving inspiration and excitement to build a great story for our customers!
What You’ll Do:
Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style
Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine
Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail
Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards
Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
A passion for all things LEGO!
️ Strong communication and coaching abilities
Confidence to take initiative and own your role
️ A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting
- Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
