Amplifon Australia is currently looking for a skilled and ambitious Sales Performance Specialist to join our Retail Excellence team.
The Retail Excellence team ensures full control of relevant business and in store KPIs to drive sales and productivity, successfully hitting company targets and guaranteed continuous funnel improvements through the best in-store customer experience and an effective operating model.
The Sales Performance Specialist will partner with the Sales Performance Manager and key stakeholders within the company, and will be part of a dynamic and motivated team.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on performance and deliver data insights to main business stakeholders.
- Monitor average length of each funnel segment, setting targets, verifying achievement, and defining action plans if required.
- Sustain and enhance the existing tools and dashboards used for analysis and reporting.
- Buil ad hoc reports and analysis based on requests from business teams.
- Explore the possibilities of applying statistical concepts to real world scenarios.
- Work along with IT, Logistics, and other functions to reduce unproductive times boosting productivity of our retail structure.
- Regularly improve KPIs and best practices with a great focus on routines of our Retail structure.
- Guarantee the best in store customer experience, acting as the connection point between Marketing and the Field organisation.
- Support the Manager in the design, launch and implementation of all projects related to in-store excellence.
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics or Business.
Essential Experience
- Understanding of complex structures of data and strong inclination of data analysis combined with business impacts.
- Project management experience especially in Sales and Marketing within an International contexts.
- Sound understanding of statistical concepts and their application in real world scenarios.
- Experience in industries where performance maximization is priority.
- Ability to work in cross - functional and international teams.
Skills and Competencies:
Soft Skills

- Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands with a customer-focused and outcomes-cantered approach
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
Technical Skills
- Proficient with Power BI and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of statistical algorithms and its application. Ability to apply them using tools like Python, R or Excel.
- High proficiency using MS Office Suite
- Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, statistics formulas) and PowerPoint to assemble presentations.
