Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled JVA (Joint Venture Accounting) Lead to join our dynamic team. The JVA Lead will be responsible for managing all aspects of joint venture accounting, including overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of JVA systems, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Oversee the financial reporting for joint ventures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of JVA systems with business objectives.
  • Provide expertise in JVA systems and related technologies, guiding the team through complex issues and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, such as user guides and training materials, for JVA systems.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in JVA technology to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices in JVA processes.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development.
  • Knowledge of SAP Workflow and Business Process Management.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Proven track record in leading JVA implementations and managing JVA systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in JVA systems or related technologies are a plus.
