As Head of Regional Marketing – APAC, you’ll lead the charge in establishing and expanding Sokin’s presence across the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing in London, you’ll work closely with our global marketing team and in-house experts to craft and deliver go-to-market strategies tailored to the local market.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive marketing initiatives, build strong regional partnerships, and position Sokin as a trusted name in the fintech space across APAC.

Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Marketing Strategy & Activation
- Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy to build brand awareness and drive uptake of Sokin’s services across APAC.
- Adapt global campaigns to suit local market needs, ensuring cultural and commercial relevance.
- Identify and target key market opportunities, customer segments, and growth drivers.
2. Go-to-Market Execution & ABM
- Collaborate with internal teams and local partners to execute GTM plans effectively.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns aimed at high-value prospects and enterprise clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to create tailored strategies for key accounts.
- Manage product and service launches, ensuring consistency across messaging and branding.
- Produce locally relevant content and campaigns aligned with global marketing goals.
3. Brand Positioning & Market Awareness
- Elevate Sokin’s profile as a fintech leader through PR, thought leadership, and community engagement.
- Build relationships with local media, industry associations, and influencers.
- Represent Sokin at relevant events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with global marketing colleagues to ensure alignment across strategy and execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams — including sales, product, and customer success — to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales development to develop ABM playbooks and account engagement strategies.
- Manage local agency relationships and oversee event planning and media coordination.
5. Campaign Performance & Reporting
- Monitor campaign effectiveness using data and performance metrics.
- Track ABM outcomes including engagement, pipeline impact, and revenue influence.
- Provide regular reports on key KPIs, ROI, and market insights to senior stakeholders.
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance and feedback.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on regional or field marketing.
- A proven track record of growing brand presence in a specific market – fintech or payments experience highly regarded.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing ABM strategies.
- Experience working across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics and campaign optimisation.
- Proficient with modern digital marketing tools and platforms.
