About the role:

As our Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and analysing changes to our digital and business systems. This includes scoping, developing, testing and validating new solutions. You will oversee business-led technology improvements, implement any operational changes where required and deliver measurable improvements.


A Day in the Life:

Whilst there’s no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:

  • Assess and document the current state of business and digital systems processes to identify and recommend improvements
  • Analyse business/functional requirements and objectives, perform gap analysis, and provide recommendations
  • Participate in solution design and development activities.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive strategic business outcomes
  • Test and validate digital systems and integrations to ensure a high standard of quality assurance
  • Identify business and functional requirements with stakeholders to define and prioritise requirements.
  • Develop and maintain use cases and user stories
  • Business partnering with key stakeholders, understanding departmental processes, data, and reporting requirements, providing expertise/recommendations


About You:

You’ll have demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst gained ideally within media, programmatic or digital environment. As well as:


  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with undertaking requirements gathering and business analysis
  • Ability to work across multiple projects concurrently
  • Be able to Identify business improvement activities
