- Provide expert-level support for Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure-based solutions.
- Deliver endpoint management services using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), including OS deployment, software updates, and application packaging.
- Manage and maintain desktop operating system images across physical and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), particularly using Omnissa Horizon.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer onboarding, solution architecture, and emerging technology research.
- Participate in project delivery, technical responses for proposals, and pre-sales activities like demonstrations and proof of concepts.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Provide after-hours support as part of an on-call roster, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level system administration, preferably within government or large-scale organisations.
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), including Operating system deployment, application packaging and software updates.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Windows desktop support, and ITSM frameworks (such as ServiceNow).
- A proven track record of identifying and resolving technical issues in complex infrastructure environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
