At Adventure World, we’re looking for a Destination Expert with a passion for Northern Europe who can bring these iconic locations to life through personalised, responsible travel experiences.
Whether it’s crafting a tailor-made rail journey through the snow-covered landscapes of Finland, designing a summer escape through the dramatic scenery of the Scottish Highlands, or creating a multi-country adventure across Scandinavia, you'll be the expert who turns wanderlust into reality.

About the Role
As a Northern Europe Destination Expert, you'll design unforgettable itineraries that capture the beauty, heritage, and diversity of this captivating region. You will:
- Provide outstanding sales and service support in a fast-paced contact centre.
- Organise flights, tours, accommodation, and experiences from start to finish.
- Attach and manage air travel components to customer itineraries, ensuring all flights, connections, and travel details are accurate.
- Stay up to date with destination knowledge, systems, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with travel agents and guests to create bespoke journeys.
- Gather and share customer feedback to continually enhance our services.
About You
Your deep love for Northern Europe and ability to communicate that passion make you an ideal candidate. You will also:
- Have at least 12 months of sales experience (preferably in travel) with a strong focus on service and relationship-building.
- Possess (or be eager to build) strong knowledge of destinations across Northern Europe, such as Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Denmark, the UK and Ireland.
- Be highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
