AV Project Manager

Talent International is searching for an experienced AV Project Manager to join our government client based in Brisbane CBD on a contract through to June 2026, with likely extensions.

// Initial Contract until 12/06/2026 + Likely Extensions

// 2 Days WFH Per Week

// Brisbane CBD Location

The Role

As part of a large-scale technology renewal initiative, you will lead the delivery of AV and video conferencing projects across multiple sites. This role plays a key part in modernising in-court and meeting room technologies to support critical public-facing services.

Responsibilities

• Manage AV and VC projects from planning through to implementation and support
• Lead stakeholder engagement and manage vendor relationships
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management
• Ensure projects follow public sector standards and methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP)
• Report on progress, benefits, and outcomes across multiple workstreams
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering AV/VC technology or ICT infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated project management experience within complex stakeholder environments
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills
• Familiarity with Agile and/or PRINCE2 delivery approaches
• Public sector experience highly regarded
• Ability to travel intrastate as required
