This role is responsible for partnering with the firm and key stakeholder to support the growth of our offshore team. Ideally, you will be Perth based and bring experience in establishing or working with offshore teams, along with the ability to build effective cross-cultural working relationships. Experience collaborating with teams in different countries or time zones will also be highly regarded.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to influence senior leaders in decision-making
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to anticipate future business needs, develop long-term HR plans, and measure the impact of HR initiatives on overall business performance
- A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of employment law, HR policies, procedures, and best practice processes
- Comfortable and confident in facilitating training and presentations
- Demonstrated initiative, time-management & organisational skills
- Embodies attention to detail and brings a positive, self-motivated approach to the role
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality of information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Change Management or equivalent
- 4-5+ years’ previous experience in a dedicated HR business partnering role providing a high level of support to internal stakeholders
- Exposure or experience using a talent management methodology (e.g., 9-box grid)
- Knowledge and practical experience in Change Management activities
- Experience in developing business strategies
- Experience using Workday would be highly regarded but not essential
