Project and Pre-Sales Lead

What We're Looking For:

• Strong background in complex project delivery across engineering, industrial or digital domains
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, business development or commercial consulting
• Skilled in managing senior stakeholder relationships and navigating enterprise environments
• Experience with industrial/engineering solutions such as automation, digital twin, or OT/IT integration
• Strong written and verbal communication, business case development, and leadership capability

We're partnering with a global consulting leader to find a dynamic Project and Pre-Sales Lead to help deliver and shape complex engineering and digital transformation programs across Australia.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes align with client goals across multiple methodologies
• Build strong relationships across senior business sponsors, operational teams, and delivery partners
• Create and drive business cases, operational readiness plans, and change strategies
• Originate and shape new opportunities - from discovery through to bid, proposal, and commercial negotiation
• Lead workshops, solution development, and strategic conversations to shape and close deals
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance across delivery and pre-sales activities
