About The Role
As the National Head of Neuro - Physiotherapy, you're specialist knowledge combined with your leadership, mentorship and education experience will shape the future, raising the bar in clinical education not only for our team, but for the Allied Health industry.
- Develop high-quality courses for our Professional Development Platform
- Present expert content in F2F workshops
- Be involved in 1-1 mentorship
- Provide specialist supervision around areas of expertise
- Maintain clinical caseload (24 billable hours)
- Engage with industry leaders and contribute to research-driven practice improvements
- Must have at least 5 years' experience and it is beneficial to have 2 years clinical experience within the NDIS
- Extensive Chronic Disease Rehabilitation experience in one or more areas of chronic disease management which can include diabetes, cardiovascular, and pulmonary rehabilitation.
- Strong mentorship and coaching skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop their clinical skillset.
- Minimum Bachelor or Post Graduate Entry Level Degree in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- General AHPRA or ESSA membership
- Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work flexibly and travel as needed
