Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager in our Mortgage Broker segment, you'll be at the forefront of transforming customer relationships. Your mission is to drive exceptional growth through dynamic engagement, delivering unmatched value with our cutting-edge data and technology solutions, and ensuring world-class customer experiences.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Proactively engage with the Mortgage Broker Industry to grow product adoption, drive renewals, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage inbound and outbound broker interactions via phone, email, and digital channels with care, speed, and clarity.
  • Act as a solution expert across our products and data analytics, advising brokers on the value of CoreLogic solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to remove roadblocks and facilitate business.
  • Identify pain points in the broker experience and work with internal teams to enhance the journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in our CRM.
  • Deliver on sales, retention, and satisfaction targets through solution-oriented conversations and consistent follow-up.
  • Lead by example with knowledge sharing, coaching, and presenting insights or updates in team meetings.
  • Track and report on broker engagement trends and performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date with mortgage and lending industry trends to add context and value to customer conversations.


Job Qualifications:

What you will bring:

Essenital:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships, rapport and trust.
  • Ability to deliver high performance against KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer objections and negotiate beneficial solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Confidence in presenting complex processes simply.
  • A hunter mentality, aiming to win with every customer interaction.


Preferred:

  • Call centre, B2B, and retail sales experience are highly regarded.
  • Previous sales training is also highly regarded.
