About The Role
As the Clinical lead of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, your clinical expertise combined with your leadership, mentorship and education experience will shape the future, raising the bar in clinical education not only for our team, but for the Allied Health industry.
- Develop high-quality courses for our Professional Development Platform
- Present expert content in F2F workshops
- Be involved in 1-1 mentorship
- Provide clinical mentorship around your areas of expertise
- Maintain clinical caseload as a Physiotherapist (24 billable hours)
- Engage with industry leaders and contribute to research-driven practice improvements
- Must have at least 5 years' experience and it is beneficial to have 2 years clinical experience within the NDIS
- Extensive MSK experience
- Pursuing or is already APA Titled is advantage
- Strong mentorship and coaching skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop their clinical skillset.
- Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or Postgraduate Entry Level Qualification in Physiotherapy
- General AHPRA membership
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work flexibly and travel as needed
