Family Lawyer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Lawyer to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law and will be responsible for handling a diverse range of family law matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice and representation in family law matters, including divorce, parenting and property matters.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence related to family law.
• Attending court hearings and mediations.
• Managing a varied caseload with a high level of autonomy.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of family law developments.
• Requirements:
• Admission as a solicitor in Australia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
• Strong knowledge of Australian family law legislation and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
