Financial Administrator
Everyday Massive. The human experience co.

Hello there. We’re Everyday Massive — the Human Experience Company.
We collaborate with some of the world’s largest organisations in high-risk industries to create safety, engagement, and leadership programs. This is real change, from the inside out.
We’re looking for a Financial Administrator to join our team in a part-time capacity for a maternity leave contract. This is a key role where you'll support our financial operations, ensuring that everything runs efficiently. You’ll manage vendor setups, raise invoices, track payments, and maintain cash flow. It’s all about being organised, proactive, and keeping the financials up to date so the team has what they need to make informed decisions.
We need someone who’s detail-oriented and thrives on organisation — if you’re passionate about keeping financial operations accurate, this role is a perfect fit for you. But this isn’t just about managing numbers — it’s about being the person who keeps everything on track, even when things get busy and priorities shift.
So, if you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact and elevate your organisational skills to the next level, we want to hear from you.
Let’s make some real change together.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Vendor Setup & Documentation — Oversee the vendor setup process, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining up-to-date vendor records.
- Invoicing & Cash Flow Management — Raise and track invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, resolve discrepancies, and monitor cash flow to ensure timely financial transactions.
- Financial Data Management & Reporting — Maintain accurate financial records, organise documents, and assist in preparing financial reports such as cash flow summaries and financial tracking.
- General Financial Support — Manage bank reconciliations, travel reimbursements, assist with payroll processing, and support budgeting and financial planning tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 2-5 years in financial administration or a similar role, ideally in a B2B or professional services industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Accounting Software, Hubspot, MS Office, Google Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve invoicing discrepancies and payment issues quickly.
- Team Player: Collaborative, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
