Siemens is a global leader in intelligent infrastructure solutions. Within our Electrification & Automation business, our Customer Services team supports the full lifecycle of critical customer assets – from new installations to long-term maintenance and modernisation.

Due to strong business growth and increasing market demand, we are excited to offer a newly created leadership position: Head of Project Management. This is your opportunity to shape how projects are delivered and optimised across a fast-growing portfolio in the energy and automation space.

Your Role – Shape the Future of Electrification

In this key leadership role, you will manage the successful delivery of multiple complex projects while enhancing process efficiency and customer outcomes. Leading a team of four direct reports, you’ll take full ownership of the project execution strategy across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the delivery of new installations and service projects in the electrification and automation space
  • Managing contract terms and conditions (T&Cs), timelines, milestones, and risk
  • Driving continuous improvement across project delivery systems and operations
  • Aligning project teams with Siemens’ quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards
  • Providing leadership in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborating with tendering, sales, and service teams to ensure seamless execution

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years’ experience in project management across electrification, automation, or power distribution services
  • Proven success in managing multiple concurrent projects through all phases
  • Strong knowledge of medium/low-voltage switchgear, protection systems, SCADA, and digital solutions
  • Practical experience in on-site service delivery, scheduling, and resource management
  • Effective leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility to travel across the region as needed
