The Role

As a key member of the Executive Team reporting directly to the CEO, the CFSO is pivotal in driving financial strength, strategic agility, and sustainable growth. Your leadership will transcend traditional finance, delivering critical insights and steering business performance, investment planning, and evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide financial strategy and governance.
  • Provide commercial insights to support bold and innovative decision-making.
  • Oversee analytics to embed data-driven performance culture.
  • Lead investment planning, business expansion, and risk management.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and inspire high-performing teams.

Who You Are

You are a visionary leader with:

  • Proven success as a senior financial and strategy executive in a high-performing organisation.
  • Expertise in financial strategy, planning, and commercial leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A CA/CPA qualification (an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous).
