As an Inventory Controller based at our Truganina National Distribution Centre (TNDC), you will have the opportunity to work with and support a variety of internal and external stakeholders across the Mondelez Network (including our TNDC and 3PL sites).
This role will support our Afternoon Shift which currently operates from 2:00PM Monday to Friday.

How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Coordinate Inventory audits, stocktakes and cycle counts, investigating identified variances
- Manage the process of inventory write off and adjustments within your approved limits, escalating when required.
- Support management of Chep Pallets & Finished Goods (FG) Inventory at MDLZ TNDC, ensuring accuracy
- Oversee Returns & Pallet Rework space through - inspecting, sorting, re-packing, re-labelling of non-compliant stock and processing of returns.
- Ensure compliance to all Mondelez internal standards and requirements
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Demonstrated inventory experience in the FMCG space
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM advantageous)
- A Continuous improvement mindset, with experience in Root Cause Analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and trouble shooting ability, acting as an Inventory SME for the Afternoon Shift
- The ability to lead and coach others to meet deadlines
- Experience in/open to operation of MHE (including tugger, electric pallet jack, scissor lift etc)
