Position Responsibilities
- Reception duties, including greeting clients and answering phones
- Database management
- Onboarding of new clients into our system
- Supporting Partners in administrative duties
- Company and trust setups
- ASIC and ATO Lodgements
- Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Word
- 2+ years of Administration Assistant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and a keen level of attention to detail
- Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
- The ability to work in a team and independently
