The opportunity…

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, this is a rare opportunity to join the largest distributor of medical technology in ANZ, in our growing and diverse Healthcare Simulation business unit.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility for both working from home and in the office (VIC office is in Mulgrave).

You will be covering a national territory of both Australia and New Zealand wherever opportunities arise, and therefore will need to be happy and flexible with travel.

The travel percentage of this role is approximately 30%.

A few highlights of the role are: fostering customer relationships, pipeline management, and active selling to both existing and new customers around ANZ in Hospitals, Universities, TAFEs and Clinics.

You will be part of a caring, supportive and dynamic team driven to grow the business.

Experience required:

Essential:

  • Current valid driver’s license
  • Professional appearance
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience with MS office;
  • High standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to achieve sales and successful outcomes
  • Motivated and energetic with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage work priorities and able to demonstrate good time management skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight and interstate travel.
  • Understanding of Device Technologies policies and procedures including any vaccination and background checks in line with your role and responsibilities.

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualification in the sciences or healthcare related fields - degree or similar
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience selling in a medical or hospital environment OR;
  • Minimum 5 years relevant clinical experience
  • Knowledge of SAP software
  • Proven skills in sales, territory management, and presenting to customers
