An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join the Sydney based team as part of the Extensive Livestock Business Unit. Reporting to the Director - Livestock Marketing, you will be part of a highly collaborative team of expert marketers with the core responsibility of driving key portfolio brands.

Aligning long-term marketing plans with broad organisational strategies, this all-encompassing role will enable you to showcase your full range of marketing skills. The ability to engage with internal and external customers is a key component of this role in delivering strategic objectives.

As a Marketing Manager, you will develop key strategies and tactical campaigns, as well as managing an advertising and promotional budget to deliver on key objectives and KPIs. A commitment to embracing digital platforms and developing tailor-made solutions to our customers is critical.

What you will need to bring to this role

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing
• Experience managing brands and strong business acumen
• Extensive knowledge of the livestock industry and understanding of management systems
• Commitment to self-development
• Passion for marketing and a genuine interest in Animal Health
• Innovative mindset with the ability to intelligently and respectfully challenge the status quo
• Conversant with digital and traditional media
• Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to pull apart a market and create strategic and tactical plans
• Advertising and Promotional budget management experience
• Superior written, verbal and visual communication skills
• Fun, positive, energetic, charismatic and engaging personality
• Creative and 'out of the box' thinking
