The Opportunity
The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and delivering marketing programs and initiatives across the Partner (Accounting & Bookkeeping) segment that drive commercial outcomes. The role supports the execution of acquisition, retention, and expansion objectives within the Customer Group line of business

About The Role

    • Design and implement all aspects of multi channel marketing campaigns and programs leveraging relevant product and market insights including defining objectives, target audience, messaging, channels, and timelines.
    • Develop and drive content to support thought leadership and brand positioning, sales enablement, product awareness and adoption.
    • Oversee the development of campaign-related content, including promotions, email copy, landing pages, event content, video scripts and collateral materials.
    • Support industry partnerships with strategic marketing communications planning and delivery to drive improved brand positioning, advocacy and growth.
    • Manage trade and customer events (where required) including strategic planning, branding, marketing communications and lead generation activities.
    • Use data and analytics to critically assess, evaluate and report on marketing activity performance, including return on investment and improvement opportunities.
    • Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Product, Product Marketing and Go to Market, to ensure marketing programs are well-coordinated and aligned with broader business strategies.
    • Manage campaign and marketing program budgets efficiently, optimising spend to improve value.
    • Identify opportunities to improve current processes and recommend solutions to drive better outcomes for customers and MYOB

What You'll Bring

    • Proven experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns and programs for software / technology products within B2B to drive acquisition, growth and retention outcomes.
    • Experience in Marketing Automation, HubSpot (or CRM alike), eDM journey building and landing page experience favourable.
    • Creative and commercial thinker, with a passion for data-driven marketing strategies that deliver business outcomes.
    • Ability to analyse and interpret data to create actionable insights and effectively evaluate marketing performance.
    • Copy writing skills and ability to communicate complex information in a simple, concise way.
    • Understanding of key marketing communication principles and frameworks
    • Proven experience in driving acquisition and growth in B2B SaaS is highly desirable
    • Strong communication & influencing skills, including creating and delivering presentations to cross functional teams, and managing stakeholders at all levels.
