What are we looking for?

Join our National Settlements Team!

This is a permanent full-time role based in our Melbourne office with a dynamic and experienced team to support you (2 days in office and 3 from home after

training).

Whether you have experience in banking, finance or the legal field and are looking for a new challenge, this is a great way to broaden your existing skill set with an established company in the area of billing and settlements to help finalise and settle legal matters, as well as working alongside experienced lawyers and support staff.

In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to

  • Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Managing the post settlement, end to end client experience for personal injury claims, ensuring clients are kept informed about the process
  • Correspond and communicate with external stakeholders to ensure settlements are paid in a timely manner
  • Accurately monitor, calculate and distribute client’s settlement monies
  • Understanding and keeping up to date with changes to cost and trust regulations
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of processes and procedures

This role will ideally suit someone with an administration background (not essential). Our ideal candidate will also bring the following skills and attributes to the role
