About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a Creative Operations Manager to be the glue that holds our creative world together. Think of this role as the engine room of our internal creative, content and design teams, keeping the work moving, the priorities clear, and the team in flow. If you’re the kind of person who gets satisfaction from a well-oiled process, a clean schedule, and a team that feels supported to do their best work, this one’s for you.You’ll be the go-to for day-to-day operations across our creative, content and design teams, helping us deliver smart, high-impact work for everything from retail marketing campaigns to sales content and internal comms. You’ll make sure the right work is getting the right focus at the right time, and that our systems, tools and suppliers are supporting. With a keen eye on resource allocation, project priorities, and budget management, you'll play a key role in elevating our creative output and impact.We’ve got a great team, a big ambition, and a lot of moving parts. Your job is to bring the calm, create clarity, and help us keep delivering at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management and studio operations, ensuring smooth trafficking, timely delivery, and resource alignment across creative workstreams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all levels to translate business needs into actionable creative briefs and improve intake processes.
- Manage external vendor relationships and contracts, optimising partnerships with agencies, freelancers, and production suppliers to deliver high-quality output.
- Drive prioritisation and resource allocation based on business impact, ensuring urgent and high-value work receives appropriate attention.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of creative tools and systems, such as project management platforms and digital asset libraries.
- Uphold brand and quality standards across all outputs, ensuring creative work meets campaign objectives, business goals, and delivery timelines.
About You
- 8+ years' experience in creative operations, project/studio/traffic management within marketing, agency, or advertising environments.
- A strong communicator with the ability to tailor your message across seniority levels and stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects with competing deadlines without compromising quality.
- Deep understanding of the creative process and production workflows across digital, print, and advertising media.
- Skilled in project management tools (e.g. Asana, Slack, Confluence) and efficient workflow coordination.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and strategic in managing resources, tools, and timelines.
