Lead Educator / Educational Leader – Make a Real Impact

Are you an experienced educator driven by purpose, passion, and the desire to shape young lives? Do you believe in the power of early learning and want to lead with heart and intention?

At BU Brookfield Place, we’re offering a unique opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic Lead Educator / Educational Leader to join our warm, fun-loving, and professional team. This is more than just a leadership role—it’s a chance to help shape the future of early education in a supportive and values-driven environment.

About the Role:

We’re seeking someone who is not only experienced but deeply motivated to inspire, guide, and elevate the work of our team of talented educators. In this pivotal role, you’ll work alongside our Centre Manager to:

  • Mentor, lead, and collaborate with our passionate team of educators

  • Drive the development, implementation, and review of our educational programs

  • Cultivate a high-quality learning environment that nurtures each child’s potential

  • Encourage reflective practice, inquiry, and continuous improvement in pedagogy

  • Champion a culture of curiosity, care, and creativity in everything we do

The Educational Leader role is a key part of our leadership team—one that influences, empowers, and uplifts both children and educators alike.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passionate, qualified early childhood educator with leadership experience

  • A natural mentor who brings out the best in others

  • A curious, reflective thinker who values innovation and continuous learning

  • Someone who leads with heart, integrity, and a deep respect for children’s learning

  • And yes—someone who can bring fun, joy, and a great sense of humour to our team!

If you're ready to make a real difference and lead with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
