The Role
Due to increased demand across large-scale transformation projects, a leading consulting firm is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant for a 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension). In this role, you will deliver end-to-end implementations of Workday HCM-working closely with stakeholders to configure and enhance modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting.

You'll play a hands-on role in modernising HR systems and driving strategic workforce outcomes across high-profile enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Workday HCM implementations from planning to post-go-live
• Configure and optimise modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent & Performance, Recruiting
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives
• Deliver documentation, training, and post-deployment support
• Stay up to date with Workday product releases and best practices
