Methodology & Governance Lead

What you'll be doing…

As our Methodology & Governance Lead, you'll be the custodian of the frameworks that power our consulting delivery. You'll work closely with consulting leaders and cross-functional teams to drive best practice, build capability, and ensure consistency in how we deliver outcomes for customers.

• Own and evolve our consulting delivery methodology and governance frameworks, implementing solutions that embed methodology and governance into everyday delivery.
• Support leaders in portfolio health through insightful reporting, process improvement, and compliance oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing industry trends, capturing feedback, and leading methodology enhancements.
• Develop and deliver scalable onboarding, training and support programs for project managers.
• Maintain a prioritised backlog of methodology initiatives, providing data and guidance that supports decision-making and planning.

Your Talents…

You're a natural systems thinker and collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments. You bring:

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Extensive experience in portfolio or project management-ideally in enterprise software implementations.
• Governance experience as well as relevant project management accreditation (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• A proven track record of engaging and influencing Project Managers and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, reporting and presentation skills with strong organisational and time management abilities.
