About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to lead delivery of initiatives to enable people and enterprise strategies. As a skilled expert, Partners are responsible for leading P&C activities across the employee lifecycle, cyclical P&C activity across talent, performance and remuneration cycles and supporting on a portfolio of dynamic and complex strategic projects and interventions across schemes, functions and enterprise to enable icare to achieve its strategic vision and goals.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a People & Culture Partner you will:
- Leads the activities of the employee lifecycle across functional business units: including recruitment and selection; onboarding and probation management; performance and development planning and review; talent review and succession planning; people and workforce planning; engagement activities and action plans; and strategic and operational P&C activities and solutions.
- Works within a dynamic squad or team to solve and support the delivery of complex initiatives within a portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives across schemes, functions and enterprise to enable icare to achieve its strategic vision and goals
- Build leadership capability through developmental coaching of leaders at all levels and partners with leaders and teams at all levels to coach and develop their performance and capability.
- Provide thought leadership across scheme, function and enterprise projects.
- Proactively contribute to knowledge sharing within P&C partnering and across the P&C function.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary level qualifications at degree level or higher in HR, business, psychology or equivalent.
- Consulting/Problem Solving: Able to listen to business problems and apply data driven decision making, thought leadership, broad and conceptual thinking in highly specialised work
- Project Delivery: Capable to operate in a high pace, complex environment, leading or supporting complex strategic projects and initiatives exercising independent judgment.
- Relationship Management: Ability to leverage relationships to influence outcomes
- Business Acumen: Builds understanding of wider business strategy, needs and operating context
- Demonstrated experience as a People & Culture generalist able to advise on complex P&C matters.
Desirable Skills
- Data Acumen: Capable to analyse and interpret data to draw insights and conclusions
- Strategic Thinking: Considers various factors and variables, taking into account goals and objectives to develop clear plans of action
