Bartender
Sydney-based hospitality group, Liquid & Larder, are searching for experienced charismatic bartenders to join the team at The Gidley About The Gidley: The Gidley, found in Sydney’s CBD on the corner of King and Elizabeth, is an opulent steak house, where fine dining meets semi-respectable displays of gluttony As our guests step inside and make their way down dimly lit stairs to the Lounge Bar, an intimate haven of plush furnishings and quiet corners. As their table’s being prepared, guests can enjoy old-school charm with your favourite stiff drink before taking a seat in the lavish Dining Room. Here, is where guests sink their fork into prime cuts and sip on juicy reds while allowing the jovial spirit of golden-age hospitality to unfold around them About the Role: With a sharp eye for detail and warm, confident communication, you’ll deliver a service experience that is personal, professional, and engaging. Your ability to understand and anticipate guest needs will ensure we consistently exceed expectations and maintain best-in-class service standards Previous experience in a hatted venue is highly regarded, as is a commitment to maintaining consistency and excellence Your Day to Day:

Ensures all beverages are to specifications and consistent Ensures efficient, professional and personal guest experience Communicates efficiently between all members of the venue Contributing to team culture Beverage creation Carries out additional duties required to fulfil the position as requested

About You:

Proven experience in a within a premium or hatted venue A confident and calm demeanour, allowing you to pivot between roles with ease High attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest interaction Strong organisational and communication skills Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings
