About The Role:

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Underground Specialist – Digital Solutions to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead the implementation and commercialisation of cutting-edge underground mining technologies, including BlastIQ Underground, across the AusPac region.

This is your chance to work at the forefront of mining tech, collaborating with internal teams and customers to deliver real-world impact.

You will be required to work in either our Perth or Brisbane Office.

To be considered you must have full working rights in Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the rollout of scalable underground Blast Design & Engineering (BD&E) solutions.
• Driving customer adoption through demos, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape strategy and product development.
• Managing early adopter programs and provide critical feedback to enhance technology.
• Representing the company at industry events and support regional marketing initiatives.
• Providing technical support, training, and mentoring to customers and internal teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong background in underground mining, especially drill and blast operations.
• Proven experience in project management and customer relationship management.
• High technical competency with modern software, hardware, and data systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel to remote sites (25–50% travel expected).
• A collaborative, customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation.
