• Minimum 3 years' experience in ServiceNow development roles

• ITIL Practitioner Certification and experience with ITSM/ITOM/ITSM Pro modules
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, cloud infra, and enterprise-grade integrations

The Role
Due to increased demand across digital and infrastructure services, our client now has an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer to join the team. You will lead the design, development, and integration of ServiceNow modules to improve automation, service delivery, and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITSM Pro)
• Design and implement Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow with APIs and external systems across a complex enterprise
• Provide documentation, technical design, and "as-built" architecture outputs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver best-practice solutions
• Build and maintain release plans and ensure solution alignment with standards
