Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Safety Health & Environment (SHE) Administrator, on a permanent full-time basis to join our team in Toowoomba. Reporting to the Country SHE Manager, the SHE Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of SHE initiatives, reporting and systems. You’ll be responsible for managing SHE data, coordinating documentation, and supporting stakeholder engagement across multiple levels of the organisation. You’ll also function as a key contact for rehabilitation and return-to-work coordination, ensuring best practice support for our teams.

Experience

Key responsibilities will be but not limited to
  • Weekly, monthly and annual reporting of site SHE and performance key performance indicators.
  • Provide administrative support and the quality control for the review and development of SHE documentation.
  • Distributing and reporting on SHE alerts
  • Assist in the development and management of the Australian SHE SharePoint page.
  • Support SHE Business Partners and Asset Managers functioning in the role of a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator.
  • Support the Country SHE Manager by providing additional assistance as required.
  • Build relationships with all levels of stakeholders
  • Actively engage in SHE Team planning and events.

Essential skills and experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Cert IV or above in workplace health and safety or environmental safety
