Due to growth we are currently looking for an Associate to join our Dispute Resolution team. Led by Partner, Ryan Solomons, our Dispute Resolution team acts for clients located on the Gold Coast, nationally and internationally. We undertake a variety of interesting and challenging work and pride ourselves on providing dynamic and commercial counsel to our clients across various sectors in a people first environment.

Candidates With Previous Litigation Experience And a Demonstrated Ability To Manage File Loads Under Supervision Are Encouraged To Apply. You Will Bring a Commercial Outlook And Strong Attention To Detail, And An Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Engage With a Variety Of Stakeholders. You Will Be Involved In a Board Range Of Matters Including

• Commercial, corporate, and contract litigation in the superior courts in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria
• Franchising and property disputes for franchisors, owners, and local government
• Building and construction commercial disputes and regulatory matters
• IP, patent, and general commercial litigation in the Federal Court
• Debt collection and insolvency
• Regulatory and government.
  
  

We have strong commitment to coaching and developing talent at all levels so, along with growing and developing your own skills, you will mentor juniors in the team whilst receiving ongoing and structured training and support. Successful applicants will have strong communication skills and an ability to work within a high performing and fast-paced environment to meet deadlines whilst assisting others in the team.
