About the Role:
As Australian Ethical continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Specialist to help bring the benefits of our innovative superannuation and investment products to more Australians. This newly created role is critical in supporting our team to accelerate new customer growth through digital channels – owned and paid.
We are looking for a data-driven, results-focused marketer with experience in performance marketing and digital acquisition. You will lead the development, execution, and optimisation of campaigns to attract new superannuation members, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate ROI-driven strategies that optimises landing pages, websites, copy and layouts that are designed to convert new members
- Collaborate on and coordinate a testing plan to optimise acquisition journeys over the course of the year
- Manage, track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data using Google Analytics
- Support and implement the digital marketing acquisition media plan, working with the Growth Marketing Manager and external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
- Optimisation of paid media channels including but not limited to paid search, paid social, referrals and distribution partnerships
- Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and acquisition journeys
- Assist with development and execution of email marketing campaigns (outbound campaigns)
We are looking for someone with:
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing and website optimisation
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, PowerBI, or similar tools would be a bonus
- Some experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and ability to work cross-functionally
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
