About The Role

The Interactive Producer at Hogarth sits within a client’s Marketing Communications group (Marcom), and is a critical role that helps to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications in support of the client’s business goals.

The client is a detail-obsessed company that always puts the customer experience first. It shows in the products they make, and also in the work they create to help people understand and get the most out of those products.

The client is looking for an exceptional individual to join the interactive team aligned to Australia and New Zealand. The role is demanding, incredibly fast-paced, and requires a mix of marketing savvy and technical fluency.

You will work alongside a team of producers and agency partners who provide production, localisation and QA expertise, to launch product campaigns and seasonal / sustaining initiatives in the digital space.

At the centre of the client’s digital strategy is their internet presence. Their customer-facing websites are the single most influential marketing resource at their disposal, receiving visits from millions of customers every day. In addition to being a critical part of the product marketing strategy, the website is a showcase for internet standards and innovation.

Another key element of the client’s marketing mix is the production, distribution and analysis of targeted emails that reach a variety of customer segments, including consumers, educators and small businesses. You will contribute to the management and optimisation of these communications.

Candidates for this position should have measurable experience in digital production and development of digital communications across various interactive channels and platforms.

Candidates should have advanced project management skills, and the ability to bring creative and production teams together to produce projects on time, on budget and to the clients exceptionally high standards. Candidates should be aware of the latest advancements in the digital space, and contribute to the clients digital presence across all products.

Please note this is a 12 month Maximum Term contract.

What You'll Do

  • Spearhead the deployment of product launch and seasonal campaign content on our sites and eDM communications in the Australia / New Zealand markets.
  • Flexible enough to act as a team leader or an individual contributor depending on project needs.
  • Manage relationships across the business, regularly informing global counterparts and local stakeholders on project status.
  • Manage interactive project resources, production timelines and identify critical path /dependencies to drive projects forward, and ensure quality execution and implementation.
  • Support internal stakeholders, and their specific needs and promotions
  • Able to suggest or provide solutions for improving the web and eDM localisation process by closely working with global Marcom and local agency teams.
  • Act as a critical liaison for interactive infrastructure-related programs including CMS, translation software and web development.
  • Plan and adapt launch and lifecycle eDM cadence, as it pertains to specific market needs.
  • All translated materials match the current voice for the regional markets. Education
  • Provide usability insights and click path optimisation recommendations based on strong understanding of consumer online behaviour patterns.

The interactive producer will be required to work closely with a number of multi-disciplined teams across the organisation and agency partners to ensure that:

  • All geo specific product/service information displayed on regional sites / eDMs are accurate and of high quality.
  • All digital assets are following Marcom guidelines and consistent throughout all regional sites / eDMs.

About You

The successful candidate will likely bring 5-7+ years experience in web project management.

You have previous experience managing a wide range of digital projects, including CRM, social, campaigns and large-scale website builds, ideally across multiple countries. The position requires analytical skills, and you will have experience in website and eDM analytics and reporting.

Digital Agency Experience Preferred.

You will be an articulate communicator, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical business groups across the company. Self-directed, assertive and confident are just a few of your personal attributes; while an extraordinary eye for detail, an appreciation of excellence and the ability to work on a number of projects at the same time demonstrate your ability to deliver on time, on brand and on budget.

Finally, the candidate should be passionate about technology, fully familiar with near-future trends and web technologies.

Education:

Ideally Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
