About the Role
An experienced and hands-on Inventory Controller is needed to join the warehouse division of the Somerton manufacturing facility.
Your duties will include:
- Inventory checks, stock counting and reconciliations.
- Assisting with daily warehouse duties including high reach forklift operation and lifting stock items up to about 20kg.
- Use of computer to update inventory records using Pronto warehouse management software and other systems including basic use of Excel.
- Supervision of warehouse staff when required.
- Ensure deliveries are received efficiently.
- Hours of work: 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
About You
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse-based inventory control position.
- Experience using a warehouse management software system.
- RF scanning experience.
- Current forklift licence - reach forklift experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a positive & proactive attitude.
