- Managing performance and labour costs for permanent and casual kitchen staff
- Championing on-site food safety and HACCP accreditation
- Proven experience managing large-scale kitchen operations, and strong track record of leading and inspiring diverse culinary teams
- Menu engineering based on local Victorian seasonal produce
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business outcomes, with expertise in stock management and cost control
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Proficiency in business technology, including stock control systems, spreadsheets, and accounting software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
