Are you a people whisperer, culture cultivator, and all-around HR superstar? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic People & Culture Business Partner who’s equal parts advisor, coach, strategist, and trusted ally. You are someone who loves the thrill of variety, making things better, and being the go-to for all things people.


Your day to day will look something like this:

  • Be a true partner to our people leaders and employees, offering smart, practical HR advice
  • Support people leaders on implementing change initiatives
  • Provide insights and recommendations on HR policies and practises
  • Create and provide reporting as required
  • Produce general people related documentation as needed
  • Support/implement/drive key People & Culture initiatives
  • Work closely with leaders on employee relation matters to ensure they are dealt with efficiently and effectively with minimal business impact
  • Manage and drive the annual employee engagement survey working closely with leaders and teams to identify, implement and drive action planning
  • Manage and drive the annual pulse employee engagement survey
  • Drive the annual performance review cycles, mid year performance review and end of year performance review processes
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leader in relation to employee performance issues


What you bring:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Commerce or a similar discipline
  • Demonstrated experience applying Australian employment law in a professional services environment
  • Strong Human Resources generalist experience (at least 5 years in a generalist role)
  • An ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
  • A strong understanding of HR systems (SuccessFactors experience is a plus)
